SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

At any given time, our projects boast upwards of 150 workers on-site, and it is important to look after those workers. Consequently, and particularly in cases of our affordable and social housing projects, we strive to employ and train the local workforce in order to generate employment within that region.

Carrying out skills training within these localities means that the newly-skilled workers we employ can then go and continue working on further projects once they are done with ours. This gives these workers quality transferable skills within the industry which will benefit them for a lifetime.

Our endeavours with regard to social responsibility do not end here. We also carry out various community uplifting projects such as supporting local clubs and groups, and providing educational funding for students in poorer areas who do not have immediate access to a quality education.
